Obsidian Brain
Personal knowledge base and AI context system

Obsidian Brain was born from the need to have all the knowledge, connections, projects, and decisions in my head stored in a searchable, interconnected system rather than scattered notes.
The vault is organized into 10 directories: profile and goals, active projects (30+), university studies, contact network (40+ people), organizations and companies, infrastructure documentation, business strategy, knowledge collection, daily notes, and archive. Each directory contains an _index.md table of contents, and the _anatomy.md file at the vault root provides a complete overview of every file's purpose.
What makes it special: it's not just a note-taking app, but the foundation of my AI workflows. The CLAUDE.md file loads automatically at the start of every Claude Code session, so the AI assistant immediately understands the context: who I am, what I'm working on, who my contacts are, what deadlines I have. The wikilink system (218+) means that from a project note you can instantly reach the related person, organization, or infrastructure documentation.
Frontmatter metadata (tags, status, path, deadline) enables structured searching. A simple grep or tag filter reveals all active projects, approaching deadlines, or all notes connected to a specific person.
The system grows organically: every new project, contact, or decision automatically finds its place in the structure, linking to existing notes through wikilinks.
